It’s that time of year again. When the winner’s of the 2014 World Press Photo competition in Amsterdam. There were 97,912 images were submitted by 5,692 press photographers, photojournalists, and documentary photographers from 131 countries.
It’s professional and amateur photographers alike, anything from human interest to world event of 2014. The winners and other worthy mentionable are on display and as a bonus it’s located in the New Church at Dam Square which in of its self is a treat. Come for the fantastic and gripping photos and stay for the lovely interior.
This is hands down my favorite exhibit every year, so check it out.
